About Care for AllCare for All is a new nonprofit sexual and reproductive health clinic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide quality abortion care and other reproductive and sexual health services to people of all needs and backgrounds, regardless of ability to pay. Our vision is to expand access to sexual and reproductive health care for all in Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin within a reproductive justice framework.
Our guiding philosophy is to provide an experience of abortion care that is holistic, accessible, and inclusive. Our goal is to not turn a single person away, but rather to meet clients where they are and provide the information, referrals, and guidance necessary to serve the whole individual.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion. Registered nurses will perform ultrasounds, blood draws, place IVs, and other clinical skills. The Registered Nurse role includes pre- and post-abortion care, and collaboration with client care workers and physicians to assure patients are stable and cleared for discharge. Registered nurses will follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently, specifically adhering to the Wisconsin regulations.
Care for All is a small team and staff will wear many hats and not hesitate to help out team members. Eligible candidates require a nursing degree.
Clinic days will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. We encourage you to apply if you can work at least three of those days. Working all four clinic days would equate to full-time employment. Three days or less would be part-time.
Compensation$45.00 per hour. Full-time staff are guaranteed 32 hours per week (annual minimum of $74,880)
Additional $1.00 per hour for bilingual speakers (English/Spanish)
