Blazer Jobs is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time school year backfill position. This onsite role focuses on providing medical support for a student with diabetes while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with school health protocols.

• Monitor and manage blood glucose levels for a student with diabetes
• Administer medications and treatments as required
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation
• Respond to health needs throughout the school day
• Collaborate with school staff and families as appropriate
• Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards

• Activeেফ LPN license required
• Experience supporting students with diabetes preferred
• Prior California school-based experience preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work onsite during scheduled hours
