Accountable for managing the delivery of safe, effective and efficient clinical services and patient care. This role is responsible for deploying flexible staffing resources in a manner that matches and aligns with patient needs within the budgeted productivity targets across the ambulatory environment. Services may also include coordination of quality improvement initiatives, recruitment, retention, hiring, managing performance, and supporting the growth of staff.

Ensures resources for clinical care are available. Ensures all clinical work is accomplished in accordance with policies and procedures.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment in a clinical role is required. Leadership experience preferred. Quality improvement, process improvement, team building, problem solving and coaching experience is highly preferred.

Bachelors degree in nursing is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Required current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
