Director of Development

Georgia NOW — a fast-growing progressive streaming audio network focused on Georgia politics, policy, and culture — is seeking a high-level, connected fundraiser to help scale our impact statewide.

This is not an entry-level development role.

We are looking for someone who already has an established network (what used to be called a “rolodex”) in Georgia’s progressive political ecosystem — including:

• Statewide and legislative candidates
• Campaign managers and consultants
• PACs and advocacy organizations
• Individual political donors
• Progressive-aligned businesses

Georgia NOW is building a statewide progressive audio platform featuring local and national voices, original Georgia-focused programming, and a growing digital audience. We are expanding our reach and deepening our local footprint — and we’re ready to significantly increase revenue from political campaigns, advocacy groups, donors, and mission-aligned sponsors.

This is a commission-only position offering up to 50% commission on all funds raised.

There is no cap (no cap!).

If you bring the right relationships and can activate them, this is a highly lucrative opportunity with enormous upside — especially in an active Georgia political cycle.

You will:

• Cultivate and close advertising agreements with campaigns and PACs
• Secure sponsor ships from progressive organizations and businesses
• Develop and manage individual donor relationships
• Identify new revenue channels within Georgia’s political ecosystem
• Work directly with leadership on strategy and messaging

Georgia is one of the most consequential political states in the country. Georgia NOW is building infrastructure to inform, mobilize, and engage voters through trusted progressive media.
