Integrated Agency Account Supervisor

Overview

LHH is recruiting ASAP for a full-time, AGENCY, Account Supervisor for one of our integrated agency clients located in Milwaukee, WI. This is your chance to bring your client relationship building and nurturing skills, project management, team leadership, campaign budgeting acumen, and business development skills to a terrific team and culture. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will help you succeed in this role!

Location: Two days in office required in Milwaukee, WI — Relocation for qualified applicants in the Midwest will be considered.

Compensation: $85K-$110K (based on experience) + benefits

• Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar.
• 6+ years of experience leading client accounts in an advertising, marketing, or PR and/or agency.
  Healthcare client experience is required.
• 2+ years of experience leading and growing a team in an agency environment.
• Experience consulting directly with the C-suite, recommending PR, communications, integrated branding and marketing strategies that address their reputation and brand challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately assess and edit work of others
• Passion for social and narrative change campaigns, corporate communications and the integration of brand research and digital marketing into communications and PR work
