Marketing Content Specialist Responsibilities

• Content & Social Media Management:
  Lead creation, scheduling, and publishing of all photography and video content across social channels; manage community engagement; and stay ahead of emerging trends.
• Digital Marketing & Analytics:
  Build and optimize paid advertising campaigns (social/Google Ads); track performance metrics (ROI, engagement); and manage scalable UGC/influencer programs.
• Brand Visuals & Design Coordination:
  Execute light graphic design for digital and in-store collateral; ensure visual consistency across all brands; and support coordination of branded assets.
• In-Store Experience & Events:
  Partner with teams to design and implement seasonal in-store visuals and displays; manage event promotion, community activations, sponsor ships, and merchandise support.

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, or marketing execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere or After Effects a plus) and Canva.
• Experience managing paid social and Google Ads.
• Strong aesthetic sense and visual storytelling ability.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills; confident adapting brand tone and style.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable balancing multiple projects and timelines.
• Experience in hospitality or lifestyle marketing is strongly preferred.
