Associate Account Executive

As an assistant account executive, you’ll support our account teams in executing client standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing project details and helping deliver work that makes an impact. You’re a motivated learner, highly organized and a team player who thrives in fast‑paced environments. You’re curious about client industries; proactive in solving problems; and ready to support client interactions, billing, reporting and event coordination.
What You’ll Do- Support account teams with client interactions and project execution
- Coordinate calls, meetings, and demos; and prepare agendas and call notes
- Assist with creative approvals, billing and reporting
- Conduct research for competitive audits
- Attend client and industry events to learn and observe
- Help manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Support internal team communications and cross‑functional collaboration
- Track client deliverables and ensure SOPs are followed
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience or strong desire to learn
- Strong written, verbal and non‑verbal communication
- Organization, attention to detail and proficiency in computer programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Curiosity, proactiveness and collaboration
Expected to travel more than 10%
LocationOpen to candidates based in Milwaukee and Chicago.
Salary Range$45,000–60,000 annually
The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market-related factors.
