Marketing Manager – Industrial Manufacturing Focus

As a Marketing Manager at Top Floor, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients’ digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on the industrial manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for experienced marketing managers who have worked in-house at manufacturers and are ready to leverage that background in an agency environment. Your experience managing product lines, coordinating with sales and distributors, and aligning marketing with operational realities will give you a unique edge in shaping strategies that deliver measurable growth for our clients.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to manufacturing clients, drawing on your first-hand experience with distributor networks, long sales cycles, and technical buyers.
  • Meet and liaise with clients to uncover their goals, pain points, and requirements, translating them into actionable multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities within clients’ owned and paid digital channels, including lead generation programs, distributor enablement, and product-specific campaigns.
  • Facilitate strategy sessions, helping clients think through campaigns in the context of their sales process, product launches, or trade show calendar.
  • Guide clients on emerging tools and technologies that strengthen demand generation and sales enablement in industrial environments.
  • Collaborate with internal agency specialists (SEO, PPC, content, social, and more) to build integrated campaigns that reflect manufacturing buying cycles and decision-making processes.
  • Present and defend strategies and creative recommendations, positioning yourself as a trusted partner who understands both marketing and manufacturing business drivers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of industrial markets.
  • Negotiate campaign scopes and details with both clients and agency teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables and budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance, translating complex data into actionable insights for executives and sales leaders.
  • Lead or participate in new business pitches, showcasing your ability to connect marketing execution to real-world manufacturing growth goals.
