Position Title: Welder

Wage: $19.00 - $25.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm (Monday – Thursday, Overtime on Friday as Needed) or 4:00pm - 2:30am (Monday - Thursday)

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Welder at a company in Milwaukee, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st or 2nd shift. Apply now!

Welder Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding and fabricate steel components to specifications
- Set up, operate, adjust and regulate welding machines
- Read and interpret prints for accurate tack and bead welds
- Use hand and power tools for grinding, beveling and fitting metals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 6S practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals

Requirements for Welder:
- Proven experience in MIG welding and steel fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with a focus on safety
