In this role, you will use hand and power tools to complete various customer orders. Safety is a top priority, and a structured training program is in place. You will build metal brackets, operate a machine to unwind copper wire, and wrap the wire around the bracket you constructed. We seek individuals who are mechanically inclined with experience using hand and power tools, such as drills, wrenches, and tape measures.

• Use hand and power tools to complete customer orders.
• Build metal brackets and operate machines to unwind and wrap copper wire.
• Participate in a structured safety training program.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to utilize hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in basic math and ruler reading.

• Experience in lube tech, mechanic work, and coil winding.
• Familiarity with blueprints and assembly line processes.

The facility is very clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. Employees are required to use safety glasses and wear steel-toed shoes. The shift hours are 2 PM to 10 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
