Job Title: Temporary Production Associate

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift Available

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

We are currently hiring Temporary Production Associates to support manufacturing operations at our Milwaukee facility. This role is responsible for assisting with general production tasks, assembly, packaging, and quality checks to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking short-term employment with consistent hours.

• Perform general production and assembly duties
• Operate basic machinery and hand tools as assigned
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished goods for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Meet daily production goals
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
