• Pay: $18.50-$20.00/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule Options:
• 4-day workweek | 10-hour shifts, starting at 7 AM
• 5-day workweek | 8-hour shifts, starting at 7 AM

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Problem-solving mindset with openness to feedback and improvement
• Able to read and interpret drawings, BOMs, and procedures

• Assemble, build, and test parts/finished goods per blueprints, work orders, and specifications
• Complete assembly checklists accurately and on time
• Monitor and report stock levels to Shop Floor Lead(s)
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Uphold Wabtec's Code of Conduct and company standards
