Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21 - $24 per hour, based on experience.
Shift available: 7am - 3:30pm ;
Monday - Friday

- Operating blasting equipment to strip coatings and surface contaminants from railcar bodies and large surface areas.
- Preparing surfaces for painting or coating while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Loading and unloading materials into the blasting booth hoppers.
- Adjusting and monitoring abrasive flow settings on blasting machines.
- Cleaning and maintaining blasting tools and booth area.
- Communicating surface preparation status to leads and supervisors.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus).
- Bring 2+ years of experience in blasting or industrial surface preparation.
- Understand abrasive materials, blasting tools, and proper safety procedures.
- Can follow work instructions and read blueprints effectively.
- Are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Possess strong attention to detail and take pride in your craftsmanship.
- Can work independently or as part of a team.
