Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help improve production processes, support daily operations, and ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You will work with production teams, maintenance, and management to solve problems and keep manufacturing running smoothly.

• Manufacturing Industry experience
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies preferred.

Job Requirements and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Manufacturing Industry experience
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes
• Improve and streamline manufacturing processes
• Support production teams with technical issues
• Help troubleshoot equipment problems with maintenance
• Create or update work instructions, process documents, and layouts
• Assist with new equipment, tools, and process changes
• Monitor production performance and suggest improvements
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
• Demonstrate strong urgency in troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving manufacturing equipment and processes to minimize downtime.
• Utilize Solid Works CAD to design and develop product improvements, ensuring manufacturability and alignment with engineering standards.
• Continuously update CNC programs to improve efficiency, support model changes, and meet evolving production demands.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Comfortable using computers and basic engineering tools
