Position Details
- Pay: $18.50-$20.00/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule Options:
- 4-day workweek | 10-hour shifts, starting at 7 AM
- 5-day workweek | 8-hour shifts, starting at 7 AM
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Problem-solving mindset with openness to feedback and improvement
- Able to read and interpret drawings, BOMs, and procedures
- Assemble, build, and test parts/finished goods per blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Complete assembly checklists accurately and on time
- Monitor and report stock levels to Shop Floor Lead(s)
- Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Uphold Wabtec's Code of Conduct and company standards
