Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment, currently has an Associate Mixer Operator opportunity s role reports into our Kit Packers division located in Germantown, WI.
The Associate Mixer Operator formulates hazardous materials by loading powders and/or liquids while operating mixing equipment.
Responsibilities- Prepares and loads hazardous raw materials into the mixer and sets up equipment to process materials per batch sheet instructions
- Ensures product quality by adhering to batch sheet instructions and collects sample of products for lab testing
- Accurately records process data to batch sheet along with other production documentation as required
- Perform general maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment to maintain a safe work environment, quality product, and efficient production
- Prepare and package finished product per batch sheet instructions as needed
- Contributes to the maintenance of a clean and organized facility

Qualifications- 0 years of experience (1 year preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs
- Ability to read
- Basic math skills
- Ability to learn how to operate assigned primary mixer
- Ability to package products according to batch sheet
- Ability to learn and operate different machines
- Forklift certification is required within 3 months of hire
