Our Waukesha location has an opening for a 2nd shift Manufacturing Trainee (Machinist) position. This is an entry-level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.

Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm

The starting pay for this position is $21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two, 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.

• This is a dual role position on 2nd shift that spends approximately 50% of time in shipping/receiving and the other 50% in manufacturing.

• No manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Flexible to work overtime
• Ability to become certified to operate a sit down forklift
• Ability to learn and become proficient with inventory management system
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and shift focus for priority needs

• Lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift
• Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work

U.S. pay range for this position is $21 - $22 hourly. Pay will consider location, experience, and other job-related factors.
