Global Power Components, located on 51st & Lincoln in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for Entry‑Level to Skilled Industrial Painters & Powder Coaters for the 2nd Shift. Flexible hours with overtime available; hourly wage is $18‑$25+ based on experience and paint test results.

We are building large steel enclosures for the power generation industry and seek candidates who can:

• Work scheduled shifts and be on time.
• Prioritize coming to work.

• Have at least 1 year experience with 2‑part polyurethane spray gun painting up to 65 PSI.
• Possess automotive painting experience (25‑45 PSI) as a plus.
• Measure, compare and perform shop calculations to meet customer specifications.
• Show flexibility in day‑to‑day activities.
• Be willing to stay late on occasion to complete rush jobs.
• Possess manufacturing experience.
• Troubleshoot and problem‑solve.
• Be highly self‑motivated, communicate well with others, and have attention to detail and a strong drive to succeed.
• Pass a competency test, a spray test, and a pre‑employment physical (including drug screen).
