Locations & Schedule

Shift: 2:15pm-10:40pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime on the weekends as needed ($1 shift premium for working 2nd shift
)

Responsibilities
  • Transport raw plastic materials (e.g., pellets, resins) to and from production machines.
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
  • Maintain a steady supply of materials to injection machines throughout the shift.
  • Label and store finished goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Record material movements using scanners and documentation systems.
  • Follow all safety and material handling procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
  • Collaborate with machine operators, supervisors, and quality control staff.
Qualifications Skills & Knowledge
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Mechanically inclined; able to perform minor repairs.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a strong attendance record.
  • Prior experience in plastics material handling or warehouse work in a manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of plastic materials and processes is a plus.
Certifications
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent twisting, bending, and overhead lifting (e.g., dumping 50 lb scrap barrels).
  • Ability to walk for 8+ hour shifts.
  • Exposure to noise, heat, and plastics processing equipment.
  • Use of PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection may be required.
