Electrical Assembler

Aerotek is hiring immediately for electrical and mechanical assemblers on 1st shift, 2nd shift, and weekend shift! Assemblers will be working in teams of 2‑4 to manufacture drives and transformers. This is a fast‑paced company that will continue to expand.

• Read wiring schematics and manufacturing blueprints
• Utilize hand and power tools to build structures and frames
• Insert electronic drives
• Point‑to‑point wiring and wire harnessing
• Final assemblies

• 1 year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience
• 1 year of hand and power tool experience
• 1 year of following blueprints or schematics

1st shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday

2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday

Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday through Sunday

• Clean and climate‑controlled manufacturing environment

This is a great entry‑level position that will open the door to a variety of higher‑level roles on the manufacturing floor. Assemblers are cross‑trained in different departments in a training program that will allow you to feel comfortable on the job. Contract to Hire, based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay range: $18.27 – $20.10 per hour.
