Under the direction of the Tool Room Manager
, the Tool Room Utility is required to perform a variety of general tool room duties, including mold and part deliveries, inventory counts, general cleanup, entering daily data into CMMS, and running errands.

• Delivery of molds and components from Faulkner to Good Hope
• Pickup and delivery at local vendors
• Doing daily inventory checks
• All work is to be documented in tooling files and computer databases.
• Putting away and arranging molds
• Cleaning and organizing of Mold Maintenance shops

• Maintain work area and clean shop and equipment on a regular basis.
• Keep Mold Maintenance Supervisor posted on any supplies/tools needed.
• Build shipping crates for molds being repaired by outside vendors.
• Keep the mold vault organized.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Assist with Auto-Crib entries and Maintenance
• Keep the ultrasonic tanks clean.
• Required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Safety shoes are to be worn at all times during your scheduled workhours.
• Department manager/supervisor will cover additional PPE as required on department-specific work instructions.
• All employees entering the manufacturing area and other identified locations must wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Wearing your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a condition of employment.

• Must be able to multitask and work independently.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to be forklift certified at Hellermann Tyton.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Above-average mechanical aptitude
• Work independently.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability for daily and weekend overtime work required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred
• Must be able to stand/walk for a minimum of 8 hours.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and adequate insurance
