You’ll maintain and repair machinery, hydraulics, and fabrication systems, perform basic troubleshooting, and handle general building maintenance and seasonal snow removal. Precision, safety, and reliability are key to success in this role.

Safety is our top priority—join a team where mechanical skill drives industrial success!

Requirements
  • Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain mechanical components such as slides, wipers, gib locks, and torque systems.
  • Disassemble and analyze parts for safe reuse.
  • Adjust mechanical systems per technical prints (sensors, cylinder strokes, belt tension, pressure settings, flow controls).
  • Assemble IPM and customer equipment with precision.
  • Maintain lubrication systems and ensure proper fluid levels.
  • Operate manual machines (lathes, mills, boring bars, VTLs, Bridge ports) for fabrication and repair.
  • Verify dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical support.
  • Perform general building maintenance and seasonal snow removal.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe industrial work environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical background.
    • Proficiency with hand and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, sanders).
    • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic prints.
    • Experience with hydraulics a plus.
    • Skilled in precision measurement and part verification.
Other Requirements
  • OSHA 10 (will be trained).
  • Forklift and overhead crane training (will be trained).
  • Valid driver’s license.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in a fast-paced industrial shop environment with moving mechanical parts and moderate noise.
Why Join Us?
  • Competitive pay and benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k).
  • Hands‑on industrial mechanical and facilities work with advanced equipment.
  • Opportunities for growth and technical training.
  • Be part of a team that values precision, safety, and innovation.
