Quality Control Inspector - 1st Shift, 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $20-$24/hour (Based on Experience) |

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Quality Control Inspector for our 1st shift team. You will be responsible for performing Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections, using traditional metrology tools to ensure components meet required specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Inspect alignment and dimensions of parts using /OD micrometers, height stands, and calipers
- Perform manual drafting to document dimensional requirements
- Verify parts against product specifications, drawings, and part lists
- Visually examine parts and document production results
- Ensure all inspections and records comply with the Quality Management System and Customer Requirements
- Confirm assembly completeness and identify missing or incorrect hardware
- Participate in ongoing training and maintain equipment certifications
- Proficient with manual inspection tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Height Stands)
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid mathematical knowledge including geometry, trigonometry, fractions, decimals, and layout functions
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment
- Exceptional attendance record (required)
- Completion of Overhead Crane and Forklift Training (training provided upon hire if needed)
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Frequent use of hands, tools, and inspection equipment
- Occasional talking or hearing in a production setting
