This is a full-time, on-site role in Milwaukee, WI, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will perform day-to-day equipment maintenance, conduct troubleshooting, and execute preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of machinery. The role involves diagnosing and performing repairs on industrial equipment and working as part of a team to maintain efficient operations. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing and documenting maintenance standards in compliance with operational requirements.
Qualifications- Proficiency and hands on experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance tasks for electro-mechanical and hydraulic machinery
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair of industrial machinery
- Installing machinery as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience working in manufacturing environments is advantageous
