Picture your first day in our Milwaukee shop: you pull up the drawing set, map out your weld sequence, dial in your machine, and lay down clean, consistent beads that pass inspection the first time. If shaping metal with precision is your craft and safety is second nature, you’ll feel right at home here.

• Review blueprints and technical drawings to determine weld symbols, tolerances, and setup.
• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on a range of metals and assemblies with accuracy and repeatability.
• Verify weld quality through visual checks and measurements to meet internal and customer standards.
• Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workstation and follow all safety procedures.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet production schedules and hit daily targets.
• Conduct routine care on welding equipment to keep it operating at peak performance.
• Join training sessions to broaden your skill set and advance your career.

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding trade training preferred.
• Proven experience as a MIG welder or similar role.
• Solid grasp of welding techniques and safety best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving approach.
• Comfort working independently and within a team environment.
• Physical stamina and strength appropriate for shop work.
• AWS D1.1 certification or the ability to successfully pass the test.
