Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in St. Francis WI, for a Blending Operator. The Blending Operator will be responsible for equipment operation, measuring, blending, and packaging materials as per specified recipes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring quality and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized working environment, and completing necessary documentation. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with team members to achieve production goals efficiently.
Qualifications- Proficiency in equipment operation, material blending, and handling tools necessary for production processes
- Attention to detail, ability to accurately measure and follow recipes or instructions
- Commitment to safety practices and ability to identify quality assurance discrepancies
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills to maintain workflow efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast‑paced environment requiring standing, lifting, and flexibility
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- $5,000 sign on bonus for 2nd shift
- $2,000 sign on bonus for 1st shift
