Melt and Mold Supervisor

Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Melt and Mold Supervisor - Direct Hire to join their team. As a Melt and Mold Supervisor - Direct Hire, you will be part of the foundry operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Melt and Mold Supervisor - Direct Hire

Location: South Milwaukee, WI

• Oversee and manage 2nd shift melt and molding operations to ensure production targets are met
• Maintain safety standards and enforce safety policies within the department
• Monitor department costs, quality control, and equipment efficiency
• Participate in planning, staffing, and resource allocation for the department
• Lead and supervise a team of skilled technicians, ensuring proper training and development

• Minimum of two (2) years melting experience in a foundry environment
• Induction melting experience preferred
• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
