This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership position while remaining actively involved on the production floor.

This is a mechanical, industrial environment rather than a highly technical one, and the role requires comfort working in a non‑climate‑controlled facility. Bilingual Spanish/English communication is required to effectively support the workforce. Apply now!

• Provide daily supervision and support to production associates on the floor
• Help coordinate production, packaging, and shipping activities to meet daily targets
• Monitor equipment operation and assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Reinforce safety policies, quality standards, and housekeeping expectations
• Communicate priorities, instructions, and feedback clearly in both English and Spanish
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Escalate safety, staffing, or equipment issues to site leadership as needed

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Manufacturing, production lead or junior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort around industrial equipment
• Safety-focused, dependable, and team-oriented leadership style
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
