Production Supervisor (Manufacturing) – Greater Milwaukee, WI (On-site)

We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team on the shop floor and drive safety, quality, and output in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates bring handsেফon experience from machining, welding, or assembly and have successfully supervised 10+ employees

• Lead daily production operations for your area/shift; set expectations, assign work, and remove roadblocks.
• Coach, develop, and performance‑manage a team of operators/technicians (10–25 direct reports depending on area).
• Maintain a safe workplace—own daily safety checks, near‑miss reporting, and corrective actions in partnership with EHS.
• Ensure product quality: monitor first‑piece inspections, SPC checks, and adherence to standard work/SOPs;

• Drive throughput: manage takt adherence, WIP, and labor efficiency; partner with planning/maintenance to minimize downtime.
