Job Title: Welder
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available
Pay Rate: Based on Experience (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring skilled Welders for all shifts at our Milwaukee facility. The ideal candidates will have experience with MIG, TIG,
and/or Stick welding and be capable of reading blueprints and working with various types of metals. This role is essential to supporting production and ensuring quality in our fabricated components.

• Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on a variety of metal materials.
• Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to complete assignments accurately.
• Set up and operate welding machines and related tools.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy; make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols.
• Assist with fitting, grinding, and assembly as required.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.

• High school diploma or GED required; welding certification preferred.
• 1+ year of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding (depending on position).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work any shift and perform overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-minded.
