• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metals and components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in welding preferred
• Proven experience as a MIG welder or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks
• D1.1 certification or ability to pass the test
