We combine innovation with entrepreneurial spirit to produce high‑quality frozen pizza that is consistently recognized by both industry and consumers.

Location: Our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art facility in West Milwaukee. The facility features the latest in high‑tech production lines, advanced automation, and modern food manufacturing equipment.

Hours: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday–Saturday, with the possibility of working Sunday. OT available.

• Operate one or more pieces of production equipment.
• Set up machinery and monitor operation and flow, making adjustments and feeding supplies and ingredients.
• Perform weight, time, and other checks to ensure product quality meets standards set by management.
• Maintain cleanliness around machines, verify safety and safeguards, and ensure all equipment is properly set up for an on‑time startup.

• Proven ability to understand how machines work to ensure consistent, efficient, and productive shifts.
• Utilize 1+ year of machine operation experience to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
• Enhance knowledge of food manufacturing to produce a consistent, high‑quality product.
• Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
