Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician skilled in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to support and maintain production equipment in our client’s facility. The Maintenance Technician will be essential in ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing setting. We're open to hiring on second or third shift. Our standard work week including 4 10 hour shifts Mon-Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various production and packaging equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
  • Quickly diagnose equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient production flow.
  • Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance tasks to uphold equipment reliability.
  • Assist with installation, setup, and testing of new machinery as the company continues to expand.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all repair and maintenance activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to maintain a seamless manufacturing process.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records using the facility’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and automation is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
