Position: Skilled Machine Operator

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 7:00AM - 7:00PM (12-hour shift; 2-2-3 schedule)

Pay: $28/hour + Shift Premium

Bonuses: Monthly Production Bonus & Monthly Attendance Bonus Eligible

• Operate and monitor a 75-yard production line with accuracy and attention to detail
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain steady production and top-quality output
• Support machine changeovers, setups, and daily maintenance
• Test, inspect, and ensure quality of finished products
• Collaborate with your team to meet safety, efficiency, and quality goals
• Work safely and effectively in a warm manufacturing environment

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience operating or troubleshooting machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 50 ft) and using lifts
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and reach up to 84 inches
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule, including some weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
