Job Summary:

As a General Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in keeping our production floor running smoothly. From maintaining and assembling equipment to working alongside our Continuous Improvement team, you'll gain essential skills while helping to boost plant performance.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and assemble production equipment
• Collaborate with CI engineers to roll out equipment upgrades
• Assist with 5-S, work cell layout, and equipment audits
• Share feedback and improvement ideas with the production team
• Provide hands-on operator training
• Perform basic preventative maintenance

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude with desire to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for full shifts
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
