We are seeking skilled and motivated Extrusion Technicians to join a growing, industry-leading plastics manufacturing team in Milwaukee. This direct hire opportunity offers competitive pay, excellent shift differentials, attendance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Under the direction of the Extrusion Manager, the Extrusion Technician is responsible for running and monitoring extrusion equipment, setting up dies, maintaining process parameters, and ensuring that high-quality products are consistently produced.

• Set up, start, and run various extrusion lines according to work instructions.
• Maintain process parameters within established specifications to ensure consistent product quality.
• Communicate effectively with the Punch Department and shift leads to maintain workflow and quality standards.
• Assist in training Extrusion Operators and support cross-departmental collaboration.
• Perform tooling setups, clean and store tools properly, and help maintain inventory control and cycle counts.
• Document production activities, non-conformances, and quality checks accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all PPE requirements.
• Support the company's IATF
  16949/ISO
  14001 certifications through adherence to policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Cross-train as a Punch Technician.
• Operate grinders and perform Extrusion Operator duties as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, and product specifications.
• Solid understanding of extrusion processing and general manufacturing principles.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete documentation accurately.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Prior forklift experience preferred (certification can be obtained on-site).

We currently have immediate openings:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM - + $1.00/hr shift differential
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM - + $2.00/hr shift differential

Base Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Perfect Attendance Bonus:
Earn an additional $1.50/hour
