* Manufacturing Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. We are seeking a 2nd Shift Weld/Fabrication Supervisor to supervise
The main responsibilities of this role will be:
Ensure production is to specifications, quality standards are being met 100%, ensuring all employees are working within the established safety guidelines. The hours of this position are typically 3:00pm to 2am Monday - Thursday.

- Ensure all employees are working within the established safety guidelines.
- Monitor employee performance and work output.
- Able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Pay attention to details and have a strong drive to succeed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
Expanding, privately held organization, outstanding job security, 40+ hours a week, 52 weeks a year. OT paid over 40 hours. Medical/Dental benefits eligible after 60 days.
