As our Production Supervisor
, you will help drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals while working closely with the Value Stream Manager to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain clear communication with employees and foster a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stay active on the shop floor, stepping in to support production as needed.
- Lead, coach, and support your team while fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Set and manage daily/weekly/monthly SQDC targets.
- Ensure equipment safety, maintenance, and a clean, organized workspace.
- Coordinate workflow with other supervisors for efficient, on‑time production.
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor output, and support ongoing improvements.
- Prepare schedules and performance reports.

RequirementsWhat You Bring to the Team:
- 3–5 years of production/manufacturing experience.
- 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Solid math skills and proficiency with Excel.
- A hands‑on leadership style with the willingness to support production tasks when needed.
