• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with metal fabrication and electro‑mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
