This role is key to improving how we build our products—optimizing processes, reducing waste, and ensuring quality at every step. The starting salary is between $75K-$95K located near Milwaukee, WI. What You’ll Do- Develop and refine manufacturing processes for electrical and metal components.
- Partner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Drive efficiency through Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new product launches by ensuring designs are scalable for production.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to maintain high standards.
- Promote a safe work environment and compliance with regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with metal fabrication and electro‑mechanical assembly.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
