A community services organization in Milwaukee is seeking a Lead Case Manager to provide leadership and support for client management within an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The ideal candidate will coordinate services for clients with serious mental illness, facilitate recovery support, and maintain direct communication with team members. Candidates are required to hold a degree in Behavioral Science and have experience in human services, along with strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills.

This full-time position includes some weekends and after-hours responsibilities.
