HIGH VISIBILITY ROLE - Corporate Senior Director - Growth Path

The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top Manufacturing & Industrial clients to help onboard a Senior Director, Quality and Continuous Improvement to help them with an aggressive growth strategy they are currently underway with.

This division is looking for a strong Operations Quality and Continuous Improvement Leader to join their corporate team and continue to help the North American business unit expand & drive operational efficiencies – enterprise wide. This role will have the ability to own process, people & results - creating & influencing at a very high level. Working with the SVP, Div.

Presidents and C-Suite Leaders. It will have the path for growth to encompass their global footprint.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive change across an organization - working at a high level to identify process gaps across all BUs. We need someone with proven experience owning Operational Excellence and driving Quality Strategy & Lean Initiatives enterprise-wide.

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years working with Global Manufacturing Organization – with multi-site exposure.
• Blended Quality and Lean/CI Skills – Operations & Commercial
• Ability to Travel is a must
