** Join our team as a Property Manager at Alexander Lofts!
**** What You’ll Do
*** Oversee daily operations of a 60-unit market-rate community
* Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maintain strong occupancy
* Manage rent collections, delinquency, and oversee evictions as needed
* Prepare and manage the annual operating budget and monthly variances
* Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance and vendors
* Conduct property inspections, unit turns, and move-in and move-out processes
* Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
** What You’ll Bring
*** Leasing and/or property management experience
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience managing collections and working within a budget
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Bilingual skills preferred
* Prior supervisory experience preferred
** Compensation & Benefits
*** Salary range: $50,000 – $53,000 annually with opportunities for growth
