Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and building high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Director of Sales to take charge of key customer-facing functions and help us achieve ambitious goals for revenue and profitability.

In this role, you’ll work directly with the President in our Milwaukee office and collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure seamless alignment across departments. You’ll lead talented teams, shape go-to-market strategies and make a real impact on our company’s success.

• Lead and Inspire: Manage Sales, Applications Engineering, and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Drive Growth: Develop strategies that maximize profitability and support long-term growth plans.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing to execute powerful campaigns and product launches.
• Innovate: Shape go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities.
• Mentor & Develop: Build strong teams through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Analyze & Act: Use market insights and sales data to guide decisions and achieve targets.

• Proven leadership experience in Sales or related functions.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
