Job Skills / RequirementsDo you have supervisory experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant/Store Manager in the retail or hospitality industries OR experience building, mentoring, and motivating a service team of hourly employees to perform at their highest level? Yes? Then we want you on OUR team to:

- Minimum three years’ experience managing 10 or more hourly employees.
- Minimum one-year experience in the janitorial field.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with proven leadership ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in smartphone technology and basic computer skills.
- Valid drivers license, insurability, and availability of a car.
- Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks, including regular lifting of 25 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Competitive starting salary of $47,000-$50,000 for this Monday-Friday position!
