Do you have supervisory experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant/Store Manager in the retail or hospitality industries OR experience building, mentoring, and motivating a service team of hourly employees to perform at their highest level? Yes? Then we want you on OUR team to:

• Minimum three years’ experience managing 10 or more hourly employees.
• Minimum one-year experience in the janitorial field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with proven leadership ability.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in smartphone technology and basic computer skills.
• Valid drivers license, insurability, and availability of a car.
• Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks, including regular lifting of 25 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Competitive starting salary of $47,000-$50,000 for this Monday-Friday position!
