SummaryThe mission of the Senior Manager, RBS (Regal Rexnord Business System), is to coach, teach, and facilitate continuous improvement activities across all sites within the Chain, Belt Drives, and Components division. As a subject‑matter expert on the RBS processes, this position partners with people leaders to embed RBS methodology into our culture and operates as a global, multi‑site functional leader supporting manufacturing sites in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Germany.
KeyOutcomes
- Deliver cost savings across the division: Increase Kaizen and other improvement activities by 10x annually within the first two years; double Variable Cost Productivity and Value Analysis/Engineering savings year‑over‑year by year two.
- Develop the Lean roadmap for the division: Partner with local leadership to complete Policy Deployment, X‑Matrix, and Hoshin Kanri development at each manufacturing site by the end of year two.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff on RBS processes and methodology: Coach plant managers and site leadership on best practices; standardize and drive consistent operations management practices; create development plans for all local RBS leaders by the end of year one; train 10 Lean Tool Champions within the first two years.

- Ability to travel (including international) up to 75% of the time; travel frequency may vary.
- 7+ years of leading Continuous Improvement initiatives in industrial manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent education/experience.
- Extensive experience leading project teams through culture transformation.
- Understanding of ERP systems in a large organizational environment.
- Multi‑site leadership experience.
- Direct supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Six Sigma certification.
