  • Manage project budgets, cost reporting, change orders, value engineering, and risk mitigation to maintain financial performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders—fostering transparent communication and strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and sustainability standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior project staff, fostering a collaborative, learning‑oriented team environment.

  • Proven track record managing diverse project types such as healthcare, hospitality, corporate, institutional, data center, retail, and other venues.
  • Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams, subcontractors, self‑perform trades, architects/engineers, and consultants.
  • Strong financial acumen in budget management, cost control, forecasting, and change‑order management.
  • Skilled in schedule development and management, with the ability to navigate challenging site logistics and tight urban or campus settings.
