Learning Consultant – Level 2
As a Learning Consultant – Level 2, you deliver advanced consulting, strategic advisory, and enterprise impact. You shape learning strategies, coach Designers and Facilitators on alignment to KPIs, and influence enterprise priorities. You’re trusted to lead high‑stakes conversations and drive measurable business outcomes. Stakeholder management is at the highest level—frequently interfacing with senior executives, MC‑1 members, and occasionally Management Committee members, demonstrating executive presence and strategic influence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead conversations with senior stakeholders to define learning outcomes.
- Advise Designers on strategic content frameworks and Facilitators on delivery impact.
- Shape learning strategies and influence enterprise priorities.
- Drive measurement at Level 3/4 (behavior change and business impact).
- Manage project teams and coach less experienced staff.
- Build coalitions and foster buy‑in at all levels.
- Interface with senior business leaders, MC‑1 members frequently, and Management Committee members as needed.
- Demonstrate executive presence and strategic influence in all interactions.
- Use data and insights to guide decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation.
- Influence enterprise‑wide learning outcomes.
– Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (advanced degree preferred).
- 6+ years of learning, HR, or related experience.
- Advanced in business acumen, GL&D strategy, and influencing senior leaders.
- Expert strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Eight or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience.
- Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, practices, and learning sciences particularly in the areas of instructional design, delivery, impact evaluation, and learning technology.
- Ability to facilitate and guide solutions to enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives through the development of talent.
- Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives and recommend action.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced degree preferred.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank hub location three (3) or more days per week.

Salary RangePay Range: $ – $. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
