Project Manager – MEP Construction

This Project Manager position will lead the successful execution of mechanical and fire protection projects from inception through completion.

Salary $85,000–$110,000 per year.

As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of mechanical and fire protection projects from inception through completion.

• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
• Manage communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with all safety and industry regulations.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and change orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead collaboration between field and office teams to identify solutions and drive efficiency.
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and project logistics to optimize performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Significant experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of safety standards, codes, and industry regulations.
