The role is a leading position within Alliance Ground International (AGI), the largest independent ground handling company providing services to 100+ airlines in 61 airports across the United States and Canada. We seek a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of a team, maintain high standards of work, and manage resources effectively.

• Lead and develop a team of employees.
• Manage daily operations and finances of the business.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Drive employee development and ensure quality of work or service.
• Develop, implement and monitor operational plans for our customer portfolio.
• Communicate with Government Authorities for compliance with aviation and local laws.
• Oversee all aspects of location budget and overall location oversight.

• Strong knowledge of the airline and international air freight industry.
• At least 3 years of ground handling and operations experience.
• Proficient in aircraft operations.
• Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills.
• Proven success in setting and achieving goals and targets.
• Experience with MS Excel and other computer software.
• Superior interpersonal, communication, decision‑making, and time‑management skills.
• Experience dealing with local, sales, and federal government agencies, including suppliers.
• Management and customer service experience.
• Ability to lead with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Strong communication skills.
