Health & Safety Director​/Manager

Overview

The leading heavy civil contractor in the Milwaukee area is adding a high-level Safety Director to their team. This position would include overseeing all safety efforts, promoting a strong safety culture, and implementing any and all processes and procedures required to ensure a safe field presence.

Salary: $125k - 160k per year

Reference: ZKDSafety Director

• 8+ years in a heavy civil contractor setting required
• Any safety certifications preferred: CSP, CHST, BCSP, GSP, etc.
• Ability to lead and oversee entire safety department, including direct reports in both field and office
• Project experience with ground-down projects (earthwork, underground utilities, site development, mass X, etc)

• 50+ years in the industry
• Former Top ENR leadership
• Projects local to the Milwaukee area
